Why choose MapleNest

• Local service. MapleNest is based in Coquitlam and serves homeowners across the Lower Mainland.
• Related repairs in one scope. Exterior painting can be combined with minor carpentry, caulking, and interior touch-ups when the project needs more than paint.
• A practical plan. We assess the siding and trim condition first, then agree on the scope, colours, and finishes before work begins.
• Attention to the finish. Careful preparation, clean lines, even coverage, and protection of landscaping and fixtures all contribute to an exterior that looks properly finished.

Frequently asked questions

How often should a house exterior be repainted?

It depends on the siding material, sun and rain exposure, and the quality of the previous coating. Siding often lasts seven to ten years, while trim on the weather side may need attention sooner. We assess the current condition and tell you honestly whether it needs a full repaint or targeted work.

Do you repair damaged wood before painting?

Minor repairs, filling, and caulking can be included in the scope. Larger rot or structural issues should be fixed first so the paint work lasts; we will flag anything we find during the assessment.

What kind of paint do you use on exteriors?

We use exterior-grade coatings suited to the siding material and the Lower Mainland climate. The exact product and sheen are confirmed with you before the project starts.

How do you protect my property while painting?

Landscaping, walkways, windows, and fixtures are masked or covered before work begins. Paint chips and debris are cleaned up at the end of each workday.

Can exterior painting be done in any season?

Exterior painting needs dry conditions and suitable temperatures to cure properly. We schedule exterior projects in appropriate weather windows and confirm the timing with you in advance.

How do I request a quote?

Call +1 (778) 321-1710 or email info@maplenestco.ca with the property address, the surfaces to be painted (siding, trim, doors, deck), and photos of the current condition if possible.
